Set Financial Limits

Financial limits can help you manage how much you deposit into your gambling account. You can set, review or reduce a financial limit at any time.

We offer two types of financial limits: deposit limits (gross) and net deposit limits. Both control how much can be deposited within a set period, but they are calculated in different ways.

  • Deposit limits (GB only) restrict the total amount you can deposit during a specified period. Withdrawals made during that period do not reduce the amount already counted towards your deposit limit or increase the amount you can deposit. Deposit limit = Total deposits.
  • Net deposit limits restrict your net deposits during a specified period. Your net deposits are calculated by subtracting eligible withdrawals from your total deposits during that period. Withdrawals may therefore increase the amount you can deposit under a net deposit limit.
Net deposit limit = Total deposits - Total withdrawals.

  • For example, if you set a £100 net deposit limit, deposit £80 and then make a withdrawal of £30 during the same period, your net deposits are £50 and you may deposit up to a further £50 during that period.

Financial limits can be set for the following periods:

  • Daily: (00:00 – 23:59 GMT)
  • Weekly: (00:00 on Monday to 23:59 on Sunday [GMT])
  • Monthly: (first day to the final day of each calendar month)
  • Each limit resets at the beginning of the next applicable period. Any unused amount does not carry forward.

Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing or removing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period, after which you must log in and re-confirm the change — otherwise your existing limit stays in place.

If you set limits for more than one period or type, the most restrictive one applies. Your financial limits apply across all current and future gambling accounts that we identify as belonging to you on participating websites managed by Jumpman Gaming.

Self-exclusion and "Take a Break"

If you are concerned that your gambling is out of control, you also have the right to exclude yourself from the games. You may do so by using the online tools available or by sending an e-mail to support@jumpmangaming.com with your instructions as to how long you wish the account to be inaccessible. Self-exclusions must be applied for a minimum of 6 months. At the end of the exclusion period, your account will remain closed unless we are notified by yourself to reopen. We will be unable to lift the block on access during the excluded period. Please note that your exclusion request will occur across all Jumpman Gaming websites and you are unable to self-exclude from a single website.

You may also contact the support team and request to 'Take a break' on your account for the following durations:

  • 24 hours
  • 48 hours
  • 72 hours
  • one week
  • two weeks
  • three weeks
  • one month or
  • Any period up to a maximum of 6 weeks.

Your account will automatically be available for game play following its conclusion.

Reality Check

The Reality Check tool reminds you how long it has been since your gaming session began.
The reminder will appear on screen while you are on the site. You will have the options to continue playing, view your transaction history or log out.
The reality check timer will begin when you place your first wager. The reminder will appear once the time has expired and will continue to appear at the requested time intervals.

Keeping your account secure

To prevent unauthorised access to your account, please keep your username and password secure and private. Log out when you finish playing and if you're concerned someone may know your password, please change it immediately. You may wish to make a note of your balances when you log out to act as a further check that no one has accessed your account without authorisation in your absence. It is your responsibility to keep your login details secure and if your account is compromised, you will not be reimbursed for any funds spent.

Parental Control

We do everything in our power to ensure that there is no underage gambling on the site. As such, we assist our members in preventing their children from entering gambling related sites. Gambling Myths

Here’s a breakdown of some of the most common gambling myths - and the truths behind them.

“I'M DUE A WIN”

It’s one of the most common thoughts we can have while gambling. There’s often a strong emotional pull behind this idea - especially after near-misses like betting on 8 in roulette and the ball landing on 7.

But it’s important to remember: each spin or bet is independent. “Almost” winning doesn’t influence the outcome of the next round. The feeling of being close can easily tip us into thinking we’re owed a win - especially if we’ve put in time or money already. That’s the sunk cost fallacy at play.

A useful way to stay grounded is to look at each bet in isolation. If you feel yourself chasing or getting frustrated, that might be a cue to take a break.

“I STICK TO MY GAMBLING BUDGET, SO I'M GAMBLING RESPONSIBLY”

Having a budget is a great start - but it’s not the full picture. Setting deposit limits or keeping to a spend cap can help reduce financial harm, but gambling can affect more than just our wallets.

If gambling is taking up a lot of your time, interfering with your relationships or constantly on your mind, those could be signs that it’s becoming a problem - even if you’re staying within your financial limits.

“IF I PLAY MORE GAMES, I INCREASE MY CHANCES OF WINNING”

On paper, playing two slot machines at once might sound like you’re doubling your chances - but in reality, you’re also doubling your exposure to loss. The more you gamble over time, the more likely you are to lose.

We’re not robots - we’re emotional beings. And the excitement of “what if?” can override the logic of long-term outcomes, especially when we’re stressed or struggling. That’s when a win can start to feel less like entertainment and more like a need.

Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a fix.
